Communications Officer - Hobart

Cancer Council Tasmania (CCT) has a position available for an experienced Communications Officer with a passion for our cause.

You will work closely with the Business Development Manager in the design and delivery of coordinated communication and marketing strategies promoting the activities and programs of CCT including effective media liaison to ensure a high profile for the organisation’s work.

Exceptional communication, writing, editing and project management skills are key to success in this role. You will exhibit diverse skills in the use of traditional and new media platforms for the delivery of communication plans and targeted publicity to internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants for this role will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and references supporting an employment history in a similar field.
