Daffodil Day 2018
August 23 9:30 am - August 24 4:30 pm
Support Daffodil Day and help fund vital research for a cancer free future.
Every day over 9 Tasmanians are diagnosed with cancer. Whether it’s helping people today, or being there for those who will need us tomorrow, Cancer Council Tasmania works across every aspect of cancer, funding vital cancer research, providing support services, prevention programs and advocacy.
Thanks to research, 61,000 Australian lives have been saved by improvements in cancer prevention, screening and treatment over the past 20 years.
Daffodil Day is on Friday 24 August and we’d love your support to sell Daffodil Day merchandise and fresh daffodils. Businesses and Schools can support Daffodil Day by selling a box of merchandise or holding a yellow day to raise funds. Our staff and volunteers will be selling Daffodil Day Merchandise at stalls and shopping centres around Tasmania on Thursday 23rd (in metro areas) and Friday 24th August.
To sign up for a merchandise box, to hold a yellow day or volunteer on one of our Daffodil Day stalls please Ph. 1300 65 65 85 or email us at email@example.com. For more information on Daffodil Day go to www.daffodilday.com.au.
All funds raised in Tasmania stay in Tasmania to assist our local community.
