Sweat For A Cause

Friday 14th of October, running through to the morning of the 15th of October and finishing with Saturday bootcamp.

Workout/yoga session/challenge on every hour on the hour for 24 hours with session fees being donated plus Superheroes gathering pledges and coach auctioning!

All workouts range from 20mins to 45mins.
