… have a cuppa for cancer research

In May 2007 Australia 's Biggest Morning Tea hosts and their guests enjoyed a cuppa for cancer research across Tasmania and raised over $230,000.

With your support our next Australia 's Biggest Morning Tea on Thursday 22 May 2008 (or anytime during May) is looking to get even bigger.

Simply by hosting a morning tea with your friends, family or work colleagues, you will be directly helping to raise funds for cancer research and building a cancer smart community in Tasmania.

All you need to do is relax and have fun together; your guests can make a donation while enjoying their favourite cuppa. It couldn't be easier. Remember, every cup counts!

The best thing about hosting a morning tea is you can do it absolutely anywhere:
Sunsmart reading for today at work with your colleagues and customers
Sunsmart reading for today at home with friends or neighbours coming over for a cuppa – why not ask them to bring a plate?
Sunsmart reading for today at your social or sporting club as people to bake some treats for your usual break
Sunsmart reading for today cafes, hotels and restaurants can organise a special event, or donate all or part of their drink sales

Most people will be holding their morning tea on 22 May, but anytime during May 2007 is fine. You can even hold more than one morning tea if you like!
