Australian Registries

Australian Cancer Trials contains cancer-specific trials. This government website is updated every day with new information from the ANZCTR and ClinicalTrials.gov. Through the advanced search, you are able to limit search according to state/territory, enter the type of cancer, the status of the trial (open/closed) and more.

Australian New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry (ANZCTR) is recognised by the WHO as a primary registry. Through the advanced search option, you can search by country, dates, disease, etc.

Victorian Cancer Trials Link (VCTL) is a registry maintained by Cancer Council Victoria, which can be searched to find cancer clinical trials in Victoria.

Western Australia Cancer Clinical Trials Registry (WACCTR) was established by the Cancer Council WA and the Western Australian Clinical Oncology Group.

International Registries

Clinicaltrials.gov maintains an international database of clinical trials for a number of conditions, including cancer. It is recognised by the WHO as a primary registry. There is the option to limit the search to include only Tasmanian or Australian studies. You can also filter results by type of cancer.

EU Clinical Trials Register maintains an international database of clinical trials for a number of conditions, including cancer. It is recognised by the WHO as a primary registry. Through the Advanced Search, there is the option to limit the search to include only Tasmanian or Australian studies. You can also filter results by type of cancer.
