Resources

Up-to-date, evidence-based and relevant information is an important support for those dealing with cancer, as well as their family , friends and carers.

The Cancer Council Tasmania has a wide range of free information resources for the Tasmanian community.

Resources include booklets, brochures, pamphlets and information sheets, as well as books and videos available for loan.

Resource booklets

These resources are available from our four Cancer Support Centres and are distributed to treatment centres, health centres etc.

All information resources are available free of charge, as part of The Cancer Council’s commitment to minimise the impact of cancer on all Tasmanians. Relay For Life, the Council’s major fundraising event, funds these resources.

For more information on any aspect of cancer, from prevention and early detection to diagnosis, treatment, management and survivors’ issues, call into your local
