Aboriginal Quitline Counsellor & Liaison Officer

Hobart (part-time 0.6 – 0.8 FTE negotiable, fixed term to June 2022)

Quit Tasmania is seeking the services of an Aboriginal Quitline Counsellor & Liaison Officer.

We are looking for individuals who can work in partnership with Aboriginal organisations and communities to address the high smoking rates amongst Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Tasmania. This role also involves the provision of specialist telephone tobacco smoking cessation advice and counselling to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living in Tasmania, through both inbound and outbound telephone support.

Fundraising & Events Coordinator – North

Are you an experienced Fundraising and Events Coordinator with an abundance of energy and a history of blowing your fundraising targets out of the water?

Cancer Council Tasmania may just have the position for you.  We are looking for a Fundraising & Events Coordinator with an excellent track record in achieving fundraising outcomes. This role will be responsible for organising the Women’s 5km Walk/Run and Relay For Life.
